Idiotic DIC message

Asked by Gpwilson62 Feb 19, 2019 at 10:09 PM about the 2018 Chevrolet Impala LS FWD

Question type: General

Every time I start my car, the first message that
pops up is a message that the climate controls do
not work if the vehicle is powered off. Seems like
common sense to me.

I am not sure why anyone thought this message
might be necessary. Any ideas on how to turn it off
would be greatly appreciated.
