2018Camry hesitation in acceleration

Asked by Kearls Aug 28, 2018 at 10:10 AM about the 2018 Toyota Camry LE

Question type: General

My 2018Camry hesitates when I accelerate merging into traffic.  I got an
accelerator warning once.  Taking it into the dealer they say computer shows
no problem and I am told this is a safety feature, but I think it will cause a
wreck.  WhT can be causing this issue

My lease from Toyota of Hackensack also hesitates, but usually as I'm accelerating on highway and still in a lower gear. I brought it back, and they said nothing wrong. It's obviously a flawed model. I am so annoyed, I will be switching to Honda on my.next sedan lease or back to Hyundai, but not Paramus as I can't stand the sales managers there.
