It probly broke the cable, there are shops that repair the cable or you can replace the whole window regulator.

My 2017 has the same issue. I believe it is broken gears in the motor and/or regulator. Couple video on YT. I cannot find the gear piece by itself, so the cost for the whole panel is high.
