what could be the problem and how to fix?

repace battery-car startup but battery light on dash still flashing-let car sit
overnight with battery light on dash flashing-next morning battery dead-
replace battery-had alternator and starter checked-both good but battery light
on dash still flashing

There may be a broke wire in the charging system or a fuse-able link that may be burnt out. You need to know if the alternator is charging when the engine is running. Your battery just got drained due to the light. Just charge the battery back up on a battery charger.
