Power window & back passenger power door lock will not work anymore. Inside cabin smell of gas fumes at times.

Asked by xJohnnybgoodx Dec 09, 2014 at 02:27 AM about the 2002 Kia Sportage Base 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Window behind driver has stopped operating.

Power door lock, behind front passenger, has frozen into the locked position and door cannot be unlocked and opened anymore.

At different times, a strong odor of gasoline wafts through the vehicle. I thought it may be the exhaust pipe; I got that replaced...but the problem of gasoline odor, still exists.

Please help.

Thank you and Happy Holidays,

Charlie
