Coolant Drains TOO SLOW out of radiator drain cock

It is obvious that my radiator needs to be flushed.  I removed the radiator cap and then
removed the drain cock (plug)  Instead of getting even a little stream of coolant coming
out, it's barely a drip.  I then tried turning my car on to see if the radiator running would
speed it up, it helped a little but not a lot.  I think it must be partially clogged.  Is there
a way to speed up the process so that I can get it done this decade?  Thank you for
your time!

Your car is over 10 years old and there might be corrosion in the radiator blocking the drain plug- flushing a cooling system is more than just draining the radiator and refilling- be advised that on a car this old- and driven as hard as a SHO- you would be wise to get some new components- new radiator, water pump, hoses- just like a race car
