I have a 1999 ford taurus that will not crank in the morning but will crank in the afternoon after it has gotten warmer could it be water in the gas can anyone help me

if its no crank in cooler weather but will as it warms up sounds like a very weak battery,have it tested,also try to jump it in the morning and see if it will crank if it does then yes battery issue.
