Anything is possible with the right parts and money. Turbo on a 1999 Taurus will require custom fabrication and custom tuning. Are you going to drag it as a front wheel or rear wheel drive car? If front wheel drive will be used, pretty sure the transmission won't stand up to the torque of a turbo build.
