Theres air in the system. Google how to burp a cooling system and youll get it.

No No No. The "Low Coolant" light is from the sensor in the coolant reservoir (overflow bottle). Unplug it from the reservoir and watch it go out. Very common failure and simple to replace.

That's possible, but often times Ive seen this light illuminate after a flush when there is still some air trapped in the cooling system.
