BUZZING/STATIC SOUND FROM WINDSHIELD AREA 2018 EXPLORER

I got an oil change last week and since then have noticed that at 40-70 mpg I
get a staticy/buzzing sound coming from the area of my windshied.  It isn't the
radio that I can determine and will quiet down once I get above 70.  I tried re-
shutting the hood thinking that they hadn't latched it properly, but that did not
help.  Yesterday I drove with the windows down and complete silence.

It’s coming form the plastic by the cowl… I think there is a recall to fix it
