hatch window opens separately

Question type: General

Any model:  e.g.:  put a dumb sunroof on mid size SUV's and take away the
rear hatch window opens separately from the hatch door?  Are they kidding?  
That is a MAJOR feature, used often.  Either let it roll down into the door or give
us the ability to lift it to carry some lumber home.  What?  That is what is going
to make my purchase this year.  unbelievable you took that away.

I agree. I have one of each and can't tell you how many times I have opted to take the '06 with a hatch window you can open over our '16 that has a single piece hatch door. Glad I have the option in my driveway.
