Rear TV not turning on

Hey all, I have a question. We just bought a 2018 ford expedition platinum. It
has the Ford Rear Entertainment package. Both of the tv's would turn on
about a week ago, now the passenger side tv will not power up. Wondering if
anyone has experienced this? What is the cause and how do I fix it? Thanks

Where do I find the harness connector to check it? Thank you!

Hi. Did you ever fix this issue? Mine is doing the same thing and the dealership can’t figure it out.
