How many times did you run out to put the windows up when it started raining , I would say pull the panel , get your multi tester and see what has power/ground and what don't . Maybe some electrical contact cleaner can get it working it's only 4 years old .

This sounds like wiring damage, possibly the wiring inside the door to body tunnel. Bugger of a job to fix as you have to pull every wire through the tunnel and solder and shrink wrap on each end cause the repeated flex every time the door opens would ruin any repair attempt if you tried to just fix the wires where they are.
