I have a 2005 Kia Sportage LX.Gas mileage was never wonderful to start with but is now worse than bad, 13.4L/100Km. 150,000Km. At 135,000Km I replaced the timing belt as well as plugs. Any suggestions?

I have a 2014 kia sportage and its a great car however the only issue I'm having is when I fuel up on DIESEL the fuel nozzle does not fit flush and causes it to not want to fill the car any ideas? 1 Answer
It clicks like it would if it was full... but its nowhere near full... and im not using hi flow either.
