I have a 2005 Kia Sportage LX.Gas mileage was never wonderful to start with but is now worse than bad, 13.4L/100Km. 150,000Km. At 135,000Km I replaced the timing belt as well as plugs. Any suggestions?

wouldn't hurt to have the computer scanned for codes. if your tuneups are up to date, make sure the air filter and throttle body are clean, new fuel filter etc. it is not impossible that you have a bad o2 sensor, but usually they throw a code. wouldn't hurt to have your exhaust system/ converters checked.
