How do you remove the gas tank behind the seat
after removing the straps?

The fuel lines need to be disconnected at the tank, and just have to either work it threw the grommet seal on the filler neck or try to get that seal off first. May want to use some sort of lubricant around the seal for ease of slipping the filler neck threw.
