Tail lights not working

Tail lights are not working have new bulbs new
fuses dash light works brake lights work but tail
lights still don't work what do I need to do to fix
this

you need a multi tester to see what has power/ground and what don't

I have power to all my lights back here cuz my brake lights work but my tail lights don't and there both go through the same bulb and socket
