how do I put an alt. belt on.

I need to know how to fuly relace an alt. belt

if you have a serpentine belt(one long belt that goes around all your pulleys)find the tension pulley and put a wrench or socket on it and push it down to relieve the tension on the belt,remove the belt and make sure you have the diagram that shows you how to re-route the belt around the pulleys,(probably a sticker diagram on your car in the engine area,it`s that simple.,hope that helped.
