05 Kia amanti has been sitting for one year drained the talk put fuel in it will turn over but will not start

Try spraying some starter fluid into intake and see if it will start. If it starts then dies out you have a fuel problem but if does not start a firing problem.

If you see "security" on your dash you may have to reset the system by removing the Positive wire from the battery for about a minute .. reconnect it and try again ... I have seen this problem before when military are shipped out for a while ... sometimes works.. sometimes not ... good luck
