can you put a 3 inch lift kit on consisting of leaf springs & shocks without changing anything else

You will probably need to drop the Pittman Arm, raise the front trac-bar, either remove or drop the rear trac-bar. Extend the sway bar links, and extend the brake lines. Some say a SYE kit for the transfer case, but I am running a 4" lift with a 1" skid plate drop and the rear driveshaft still works fine.
