Not being able to use cruise control

Asked by GuruCCHZN Feb 26, 2019 at 04:02 PM about the 2017 Honda CR-V Touring AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently received a letter from Honda of America with regard to needing a
software update on my 2017 CR-V.  I took my vehicle to a Honda Dealership
and when they were finished and I was driving home, I tried to use my cruise
control and it would not work.  What is the problem?  Did the update of software
wipe all the setting, etc. on my vehcle?

If it worked before the update take it back to the dealer and have them reinstall the cruise program.
