when it rains we get water in pass. floor. not losing radiator fluid. car has been sitting for several weeks as some a--hole cut out my catalytic converter.any ideas on the water?, I see nothing obvious.does cowl or air plenum have a drain?

i have just descoverd a leak in the windshied, mine is right at the top, but if the seal is bad on the side/bottom, it might make its way down to the floor.
