I have a 1993 jeep with a 9 inch lift. It floats when I hit 35mph. If I take the lift down 3 inches will take solve the problem? It has 35's on it too.

You are the one experimentin'- if you don't like the way it rides up in the air like that, I guess you'll have to take it down- How would I know if just takin' it down 3 inches will solve it? You are doin' custom work, and you are findin' out that there can be problems in modifying vehicles- by the time you are finished, you will be the expert on this-

do you have a steering stabilizer? that may help. we had a scrambler at the shop with lift springs and shackles and a body lift and we ended up removing the lift shackles to keep it under control. and it still rode on 35's.
