A/c heater Blower control

Ok in my jeep the a/c and heater controls. The
wheel loose it puts little to no heat or cold out. Is
there a easy fix for this? I'm not sure if the relay is  
bad. But figured the wheel is broke cause the
wheel has alot of free play in it plus I can feel it
grab something but not enough to catch but it's
not enough to change the blower to high or low.
Please help I live in South Dakota and on those
cold days and nights it sucks not having the heat
I want. When I first bought the jeep it did work.
It's one of the reasons why I bought it. Because
last vehicle or two I have had the a/c and heater
did not work lol
