My 93 grand cherokee wont start. No crank kinda situation. Alternator and battery are both good and in working order but my instrument cluster says otherwise

My 93 cherokee recently had the water
pump, MAP Sensor connector, plugs and
wires replaced. Started up and ran good for
the time I was driving it. Parked it and about
2 hours later I had to leave No start, so i
decided I would try and jump it...thats when
everything on the instrument cluster would
flash and go dim you could hear the darn
door ding fading in and out all crazy. Im
leaning towards a wiring issue but I need
some help ruling everything out.

It sound,s like a wiring issue,first have the battery load tested,and check connection,s at battery,and alternator,next thing would be check all the wiring harness,s that were replaced,i think if you did not have this issue before repair,there is a lose ground or crossed wire some where near the repair,s done.

Battery and alternator tested fine and its unlikely that I got a wire crossed replacing the map sensor connector theres only 3 wires and they made it almost fool proof to replace and I had a mechanic of 30+ years help with the water pump removal and install. So im definitely at this point leaning towards a short in a wire somewhere or a bad ground connection. I'll recheck everything and if I mange to solve the problem ill post here.
