BRAKE LIGHTS WORK ON TRUCK BUT NOT ON TRAILER WOULD A BAD BRAKE SWITCH BE THE PROBLEM?

I took the t out and replugged the connector that is on the truck back in and checked the green and the yellow wire the green has power but the yellow has no power.Any ideas on what the problem could be?

both brake lights on truck not working, checked fuses in cab and engine compartment but not sure which relay would be. I have no owners manual
