What would make it seem like it has no when trying to start it's intermittent sometimes it'll start sometimes it seems like it's flooded

if you
crank it over it doesn't start seems like it's flooded

Sounds like something to do with the fuel you could probably check the fuel pump to make sure it's working properly or the fuel injection system
