Jeep Cherokee Popping Back

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm having some back firing problems I think. It does okay after it warms up,but for about the first 20 minutes after I start and drive around,it begins to make a lot of "popping" noise from the engine. I've replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor and rotor.

sounds like the distubator is out of time.....have to take it to shop and have them check the timing in the disturator...those are computer adjusted and if they are 90 offset, then it will do that
