No power battery is good

I have 1997 Jeep Wrangler an it had
been running fine then one day
wouldn’t start at all.  Checked fuses
good the inside lights an head lights
work so battery was fine but jeep no
power so had it towed then the guy
heard something my radio was back
working so he tried it. it started so the
guy cleans off cables an did a few
other stuff then went to start it again
no power again.  What could it be?

It could be the actuator that is located past the ignition switch in the steering column.
