Accident history of vehicle

I have an ad for a 2002 Honda Accord SE Coupe.  The Cargurus ad
indicates this vehicle was in 2 accidents.  What is the basis for this
information?  The vehicle was purchased by us in Oct 2018, and at that time,
there was a clean Carfax report, i.e., no accident history.  We have not had
any accidents since that time.  How do we get this resolved?  This adversely
affects our ability to sell the car.
