the car oil levels are fine and the coolant fill up all the way . what can it be?
also power steering pump  makes a weird sound?

If the pump is seizing up it might be the belt that is smoking. Try loosening the belt and turning the power steering pump by hand.

ok also it will not turn on can it be the battery? the brake light is on and all this weird lights are on also
