What you are saying makes no sense, but if it is a grinding sound, it could be worn out brake pads. But then you say an "electronic sound" which is not possible. What I think you are hearing though, is your ABS brakes kicking in when you apply the brakes. Check the brakes pulse rings around the back of each wheel bearing where the wheel sensors pick up the signal from. One or more rings may be cracked or missing, or cracked and out of place.
