Internal Power not working in the car without key in Ignition

It all started with the Car Battery being dead replaced it and Alarm kept going
on then all power windows except Driver power window started going down
and up and wipers started moving finally was able to shut the alarm or
something blew off. Noticed that Alternator was down replace that all works
car starts driver power window works, wipers are good however all other 3
power door windows do not work fuse keep blowing off... and also no power
inside the car when ignition key is take out or turned to off position now door
lights or beeping that doors are open when key is out. Security light keeps
blinking..... what could be causing this issue where to I look for the issue? Any
Help

Following issue Power Locks not working, Power Windows Passenger and rare fuse keeps blowing off, No power inside the car when car key is out of ignition no door open light on and beeping if door is open. Where to start investigating the issue. Checked all fuses looks good.
