2000 Honda Accord standard 4cyl

Car will not crank! All lights come on but no clicking
or sound of any kind coming from starter!

Did you try hitting it gently then have someone turning it, if it starts up fix it like (yesterday) let's say your fuel filter is your heart, artery blockage is at 100% heart attack, dead car no fuel no star?

No I didn't! I thought about that but didn't have any one to help! I just had timing belt belt and all other belts changed! After that when starting the cat it felt like the start was being jolted! I'm thinking the timing was slightly off and has toasted the starter! Not sure!

other trick if you can catch it hold foot to pedal to floor and turning over if it start, then it's time up time.
