Can I put a 2002 Honda accord 3.0 v6 automatic transmission into a 1999 Honda accord 3.0 v6 automatic?

The engines & transmissions should be interchangeable, but I can't swear to it. My best advice would be to do a VIN decode search on both vehicle VIN numbers and see if the engine & tranny info is the same, it should show a transmission model code, or call a junk yard and ask them what model years will interchange.
