R both fans sopposed to move together or does one stop while its cooling down

Question type: General

If the front right side fan keeps moving, but the left front fan stop moving, is it because its cooling down and sopposed to or are they sopposed to both move together>??

If it has AC it is an independant fan system - They will operate when needed according to temp sensed and AC load ( One side will work when the other does not )
