92 Honda Accord idle surge

It idles from 1000rpm to 4000 up and down
it’s very annoying it’s drives fine I’ve changed
the TPS and fast idle control valve but still
does it. Any ideas?

I had irregular idling after driving then putting in park. The idle varied wildly which sounds like yours. Happened different times for different reasons during the life of the car. I am not a mechanic. Solutions were via mechanics: -Was found to be a bad fuse in the distributor. -A vacuum leak. -The Idle Control Valve.
