My 1992 Honda accord keeps over heating and using antefreez

I have a 1992 Honda accord that keeps over
heating and using antifreez. I've changed out the t-
stat, the radiator cap. The car dives fine most of
the time just if I drive it alot it over heats nd needs
antefreez.

Is the radiator staying cold/ cool ? Could be the radiator's plugged up .Are the fan/fans working? Have the cooling system pressure tested including the cap
