98 jeep won`t start

I am stumped.98 jeep won`t start.replaced cap and rotor it has spark from coil to distributor,but none from there.sure could use some help.

try the old cap, some of the scrap they sell can let the spark go to the ground side of distributor, You can bet the timing is off a little from ware on timing chain, and check the rotor button to be catching the coil spark at center tower
