Fiesta 1.3 to sportka 1.6 rocam engine swap

I want to swap my 1.3 rocam engine witha the 1.6 rocam engine from the
sportka.
Do i need to swap the ecu's ? if i swap the ecu's, will everything else work? Do i
need to program my key to the new ecu if yes ? Will everything from my car still
work the same ?

I would say that the ECU should be changed or converted from a 1300 to a 1600. The keys will have to be re programmed.
