Hi I have a 1.3 ford rocam will not start when its raining has
spark has fuel till injectors not passing injectors and not
cranking all dash lights work normal

The punctuation key seems to be broken on your device. When it's raining it has spark?

This is obviously a South African assembled vehicle with a Bosch PCM. This sounds like a Key Reader/Transceiver problem. Remove the steering collumn cover and use a hear drier to heat the key reader a little by the reader coil area. This should help. These units can be repaired locally in South Africa if its a South African Assebled vehicle.
