Towing jeep

I towed my 4x4 jeep with transfer case in
2h and transmission in neutral for about 2k
miles before I was taught proper towing
method. Damage??

Open up your manual and see what it says about towing your jeep. Jeep has several types of four wheel drive. I think your's will probably say something like, "Stop your car, shift to park or neutral, shirt your transfer case to neutral and go ahead and tow it. If you have quadratrac they'll have a different system which if your being towed by a tow truck to wheels that are not being lifted on a set of dollies to tow it. Again, the best bet is to read the owner's manual.
