the right rear breaks on my 1999 jeep got realy tight and began smoking

Also maybe a bad brake hose. Do this test lift rear and with right rear brake locked up loosen brake bleeder screw make sure you see brake fluid come from hole in bleeder screw then try to spin wheel if it stays tight the caliper piston is seized up but if you can spin it the brake hose is bad.
