added bbk shorty headers to my 3.8 mustang 1999 now have a miss on stop
and go ,and if i hit passing gear

Did you remove the cats or O2 sensors? Did you damage a spark plug wire or sparkplug?

Maybe a spark wire burnt or you installed the spark plug wires in the wrong location when swapping?
