Anyone know if I can fit the 4.7l into my 2000 grand charokee limited which has the 4.0l in it now I can use all the drivetrain other then tranny and motor that will be from the v8 ?

Oh it will fit for sure, but will you be able to hook it up to the same driveshaft? Doubtful, and if its a 4x4 theres also those components to consider.
