I have a jeep cherokee 2000, and the tail lights have quit working. The brake light onthe driver side works only when the lights are off. I have new bulb all around and fuses are ok. Any suggestions anyone?

It may be in the park light switch it self if fuse,s are good, and if it has third brake light, and it is blowed will cause the other,s not to work.
