01 wrangler with po432 catalyst 2-1 efficiency

have a 2001 wrangler w/ 4.0 inline 6cyl has 2 piece exhaust manifold.has 2
cats right off the mani and 1 after the y-pipe.how do i know weather 2 replace
the 2 together in y-pipe or 1 down stream past y-pipe.Allegheny county
emissions suck

the code is being generated off bank two - if you have one 02 sensor on each of the cats in the y-pipe then you will have to replace the y-pipe, unless you go aftermarket at an exhaust shop. they could probably weld one in for you
