2001 wrangler 4.0L engine identification

I have just bought a 01 wrangler w blown engine It came with a replacement engine but the more I look at it the more I find different. Example: my oil filter comes out 90 degrees to block other is angled down my coil is on driver side of engine on bracket other is pass side by distributor. My belt has a tenisioner spring type other has pulley adjusted by bolt. The injector harness connectors r different. my concerns r frying my ecm or it running but not pass Allegheny county emissions also right off my exhaust mani I have 2 cats this engine cats must b further down stream. Looking 4 a jeep guy whos brain I can pick how do I find what this other eng is

I was wrong my engine does not have a distributor has something with a sensor there think I got the bone I need 2 look better
