I have a 2008 model and in that I can't play music on all 4 speakers only 2 works at a time the front one or the bake one

More then likely the radio speaker selection inside the radio is defective and or broken. Nothing to do but install a new radio or lve with it....
Most of today's radios except the fancy ones only have an amplifier with 2 channels, a right and a left. As Tom suggested check to see what the fader (front to rear) is set at. If just the speakers on one side work then there may be an issue with the audio amplifier which is inside and part of the radio. The radio would have to be replaced or repaired if the amplifier has an issue.
