how come my 02 jeep liberty sport stalls out when i stop

tom is correct and if that does not work i have seen instance where its the crank sensor (under the head frnt of motor pass side) without throwing check engine lite, but toms answer is the more obvious and first to check for vacuum leak, i just replaced mt idle control valve it was causing it to idle high, good luck!
