does the explorer 99 4.0 gearbox fit on mazda b3000 v6 engine?

my v6 4.0 engine is not good at all and I  a have a mate that have a Mazda
B3000 v6 3.0 engine, my questions are, is there some issue with the mazda
engine with the explorer gearbox? are they compatible? like plug and play?
does exist this swap of this engine on an explorer? I wanted to swap just the
engine, they looks very similar.
I need Help, thanks for your answers.

the 3.0 will not fit a 4.0 explorer
